Philodendron billietiae variegated

plant was purchased by me like this as an unrooted clipping with damaged leaves, have now fully rooted it and it's just put out it's first leaf and is producing another, unfortunately first leaf was non-variegated due to lighting. I'm parting ways with it and selling at what it cost me so that I can purchase a smaller baby plant where I can give it the relevant lighting requirements
